Deborah Bland
Office Manager
Deborah Bland is an experienced leader in the luxury spa, aesthetics, and plastic surgery industry, with over 18 years of expertise spanning practice management, surgical sales, and operations. Originally from Savannah, GA, her career has taken her to key roles in Savannah, Cape Town (South Africa), New York City, and since 2015, Washington, DC. As a dedicated Practice Manager, Deborah is known for her patient-centric approach, operational excellence, and ability to create supportive, high-performing environments. She excels in staff development, practice efficiency, and delivering seamless, empathetic patient experiences. Deborah currently resides in Bethesda, MD. Outside of work, she is an active member of her local church and enjoys traveling to New England and spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and their bernedoodle.

Eniola Adeleke
Medical Assistant
Eniola earned her bachelor's degree in Health and Human Sciences from the University of Southern California and is working towards attending medical school in the future. She was drawn to Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery because she has always been passionate about skincare and beauty. As a Medical Assistant, she enjoys connecting with patients and participating in their treatment journey. Off the clock, she loves cooking, traveling, and staying active.

Jennifer Cho
Medical Assistant
Jennifer's interest in aesthetics started with her love of Korean skincare and its emphasis on healthy, glowing skin. That passion led her to the world of medical aesthetics, where she enjoys helping patients feel great in their own skin. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, golfing, and snowboarding.

Maria Luna
Medical Assistant
Maria brings a strong passion for aesthetics and patient care. A Maryland native with over a decade of experience in the field, she has worked as both a dermatology and surgical assistant, developing a deep appreciation for the artistry and precision behind facial aesthetics and advanced skin health treatments. Maria takes pride in being part of a team dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best, while creating a warm, supportive, and welcoming experience for every individual she meets. Outside of the office, Maria enjoys staying active and exploring new places. She also values spending quality time with her family.

Leah Britton
Front Desk Concierge
Leah is a proud Washington DC native and alumni of Duke Ellington School of the Arts. As a licensed esthetician, she began her beauty journey with a passion for makeup artistry, which naturally evolved into a deeper appreciation for skincare, laser treatments, and the transformative field of plastic surgery. She is dedicated to helping others feel confident in their skin while continually expanding her knowledge within the aesthetics industry. Leah also has a strong passion for teamwork and takes pride in contributing to a positive, collaborative environment that helps her team succeed. Whether a patient is calling the office or walking through the door, Leah makes every person feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. In her downtime, Leah enjoys singing, drawing, cooking, and doing skincare regimen and makeup tutorials.

Kelly Oswald
Patient Coordinator
Kelly graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and joined the Chevy Chase Face team in 2016. As a patient coordinator, she is dedicated to educating the patients and coordinating the patients' care for surgical and nonsurgical procedures. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Pepper, and attending concerts in her free time.

Jessica King Quiles
Patient Coordinator
Jessica began her career as a Master Esthetician and was drawn to aesthetics by her fascination with how self-care empowers individuals. Now, as a Patient Coordinator, she loves guiding patients through their aesthetic journey and helping them make informed treatment decisions. She finds balance outside of work through exercise and a good book.
