Photorejuvenation = Clearer Skin

They call it IPL (intense pulsed light), BBL, (broad band light), PhotoFacial and photorejuvenation, to name a few.  But what is it and what is it really doing?

Photorejuvenation is a method of treating the skin that uses light energy delivered by a machine. The light generates heat in the targeted tissues and stimulates skin to make new collagen. This process restores your skin to its natural beauty over the course of 5 treatments. The treatment can rid of dark spots, sun damage, freckling, and red spots. The exposed areas of the body are most frequently treated including the face, neck, chest and the back of the hands.

This procedure is noninvasive with little to no downtime. Makeup can be applied immediately after the procedure. The procedure can be combined with others such as botox or fillers, for rejuvenation that is natural in appearance and occurs inside and out!

Can the IPL treatment be done on African American skin to tighten and/or even the skintone?
